John Toffey

John J. Toffey is a graduate of Exeter with a bachelors degree in English from Ohio State and a masters from Columbia. After military service he taught at Kent, The Columbus (Ohio) Academy, Simons Rock College, and Berkshire School. In addition he has taught in Skidmore Colleges University Without Walls and the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. He has written three books on historical subjects and three articles, and has presented numerous papers at various professional organizations. This is his first course with TLC.
