Mark Scarbrough

Mark Scarbrough did his doctoral work in nineteenth-century American literature at the University of Wisconsin before landing a berth at Saint Edward's University in Austin, Texas. In a fit of insanity or glee, he resigned his position there to write screenplays for a major production company and create much of the original travel content for a tiny internet start-up called American Online. These days, he's the author of over twenty cookbooks with his partner, Chef Bruce Weinstein. They live in Colebrook with a collie named Dreydl.
